Wire Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine (QWD | Mn13 Belt) by Jiangsu Dingtian Derusting and Coating Equipment Co., Ltd.
The QWD series wire mesh belt shot blasting machine carries workpieces flat on a woven manganese steel belt through an enclosed blast chamber. Opposed blast wheels throw abrasive at 60-80 m/s. One pass strips oxide scale, rust, moulding sand, welding slag and burrs. It reaches Sa 2.5 per ISO 8501-1.
Parts never tumble and never strike one another. That makes this the standard machine for fragile, threaded and cosmetically critical work. Typical parts are aluminium die castings, brake discs, thin-wall housings, fasteners, heat-treated components and precision machined parts.
Both the belt and the chamber liners are made from Mn13 high manganese steel. It is written ZGMn13 under GB/T 5680. Build quality is comparable to Wheelabrator, Pangborn and Sintokogio equipment. Purchase price is about one third. Wear part running cost is about one tenth.
