KXT Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint

Henan Mingchao Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures the KXT Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint for flexible flanged connections in industrial and building-service piping. Also known as a single sphere flexible rubber joint or flanged rubber expansion joint, the KXT helps isolate pump vibration, reduce transmitted noise, and accommodate specified axial, lateral and angular movement between connected pipe sections.

The single-sphere rubber body is available in standard catalog sizes DN32–DN1200. Face-to-face length and allowable movement vary by nominal size. Published KXT data lists axial extension of 6–18 mm, axial compression of 9–26 mm, lateral displacement of 9–24 mm and angular deflection of 15°. The applicable values must be checked against the selected size and installation conditions.

Rubber compound options include NR, EPDM, CR, IIR, NBR and FKM. Flange configurations can be reviewed against GB, HG, ANSI, DIN, BS, EN and JIS project requirements.
