Henan Mingchao Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures the VSSJAF (C2F) Double Flange Dismantling Joint for flanged pipeline connections. This restrained, adjustable joint helps provide installation clearance and facilitates the removal or replacement of valves, pumps, meters and other pipeline equipment. It is also described as a double flanged dismantling joint or flange restrained dismantling joint.

The VSSJAF (C2F) combines two flanged ends, an adjustable short-pipe section, sealing components and through studs. Its installation length can be adjusted within the specified range before the assembly is secured. The restraint arrangement transmits axial pipeline thrust through the connected assembly; this product is intended for equipment installation and maintenance, rather than continuous compensation of thermal pipe movement.

The catalog size range is DN65–DN3200. Available pressure configurations are 0.6 MPa and 1.0 MPa. The published adjustment length is 40, 50, 60 or 80 mm depending on the nominal diameter. Main body material options include QT450-10 ductile iron and Q235A steel; gasket options include NBR, EPDM and CR.
