The innovative solution relates to a closed-loop, AI-assisted electronic design automation framework for integrated-circuit physical design. The framework generates candidate layouts, corrects design-rule violations and evaluates layout changes within one coordinated technical control loop. It addresses the problem that conventional EDA flows usually perform macro placement, violation correction and layout evaluation in separate stages. This separation can cause repeated full-chip analysis, late detection of physical-design risks, unsafe automated repairs and slow feedback during interactive layout development.
