Ever Glory Photoelectric develops and manufactures custom PCAP touchscreens for industrial OEM projects, machinery HMI systems, kiosks and outdoor equipment.

Depending on the project, the cover glass, ITO sensor, FPC, connector, touch controller and touch parameters can be customized according to the drawing, LCD, host system, mechanical integration and operating environment.

Customization options include:

custom dimensions and glass shapes
printed cover glass
AG, AR or AF surface treatment
USB or I²C touch interface
custom FPC and connector position
touch controller tuning
glove and wet-touch operation
adaptation to LCD, metal bezel, grounding and EMC environment

Projects can proceed from requirement and drawing review through DFM, sampling, validation in the target system and documented production release. Drawing revision, firmware revision, test plan, golden sample and change control can be defined for serial-production projects.
