The Onitex L100 is an automatic wrap-around labeling machine developed for reliable labeling of cylindrical containers in food, beverage, cosmetics, household chemicals and other manufacturing applications.

The machine applies one or two labels with an accuracy of up to ±1 mm and reaches production speeds of approximately 2,300–3,500 containers per hour, depending on the product, label and configuration.

The integrated Onitex control system simplifies machine setup and daily operation. Product formats can be saved as templates, while automatic label-length detection, label-position adjustment and production monitoring reduce setup time and operator errors.

The L100 can be configured for bottles, jars, cans and other round containers. Optional equipment includes a second labeling head, product orientation, top hold-down system, transparent-label sensor, TIJ printer integration and other modules required for specific production tasks.

A water-resistant version is also available for wet production environments. The standard conveyor length is 2 metres, while a compact 1.3-metre version can be supplied for installations with limited floor space.
