Refrigerator foaming material cyclopentane
Cyclopentane has become a key material for green foaming agents. Cyclopentane is widely used in the production of rigid polyurethane foam insulation layers for refrigerators and freezers, promoting the fluorination-free process in the refrigeration and foaming industries; however, its flammable and explosive properties must be strictly controlled to ensure the safety of production and storage.
Storage: cool and ventilated place (≤30°C), away from fire sources and oxidants, the container is sealed and grounded to prevent static electricity.
Leakage treatment: adsorb with inert materials (activated carbon, sand).
Fire extinguishing method: dry powder, foam or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.
The packaging method can be iron barrels or ISOTANK. If the demander has a storage tank, ISOTANK packaging is recommended. ISOTANK packaging does not have the cost of packaging barrels and the labor cost of filling, and the price is more competitive.
