Engine Hood Assembly Production Line
Function: A continuous production line for assembling engine hoods from injection-molded parts (a total of seven pieces of equipment)
1. Tube Insertion Machine: Inspection of tube placement, and detection of insertion position
2. Sealing Ring Insertion Machine: Automatic insertion of sealing rings, with automatic detection of insertion depth
3. Nut Induction Insertion Machine (2 units): Utilizing high-frequency induction machines for heating, and cylinder insertion into nuts
4. Nozzle Insertion Machine: The cylinder realizes automatic product grasping, automatic repositioning, and automatic insertion
5. Gasket Insertion Machine: Automatic guidance and insertion of irregular gaskets, with automatic loading and unloading of products
6. Air Tightness Testing Machine: The COSMO air tightness tester compares the product with the standard sample to detect the sealing performance of the components
