The MSW9TEX Single Kit is a mechanical flange spreader manufactured by MATCH, delivering a spreading force of 9.4 tonnes (94 kN). Operators manually control the device using the included torque wrench, ensuring precise and safe application of force. This tool is ideal for situations where using hydraulic or pneumatic systems is not possible, providing a reliable solution for maintenance and installation of pipe systems.

The MSW9TEX model is ATEX certified, allowing it to be used in explosion hazard zones 1 and 2. Its compact design allows technicians to insert it into gaps as narrow as 6 mm, making it suitable for replacing gaskets, valves, elbows, or separating flange connections. The design, which does not require an external power supply and has no hydraulic components, makes this model extremely easy to service and independent of additional accessories.
