Bronkhorst High-Tech has developed a portable calibration system to meet the growing demands of users of measuring and control equipment within the ISO 9000 quality assurance system. Due to its modular design, the FLUICAL™ portable calibration device offers great flexibility. Accuracy is traceable to national standards. Optionally, we can offer ISO17025 calibration services for the FLUICAL™ portable calibrators.

Portable calibration devices for mass flow or pressure
The Bronkhorst FLUICAL portable calibration device consists of a lightweight case with carrying handle containing a number of modules with accurately calibrated digital mass flow or pressure meters. The number of channels and the flow ranges depend on customer requirements.

The FLUICAL calibration device enables the user to check the calibration of flow meters/controllers and pressure meters/controllers on site. The device to be tested is connected to the selected measuring module and then the actual flow or pressure of the device is compared with the results of this module.

Our portable calibration devices are equipped with a digital readout and control module of the Bronkhorst E-8000 series. This module has one or two color TFT displays to show the measured values and a button menu to easily change the various settings. The calibrators have a FLOW-BUS connection for digital communication as standard. Optionally, they can also be equipped with a field interface.
