The glass-lined reaction vessels (i.e. glass-lined reaction vessels) produced by our company are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB150-1998 <Steel Pressure Vessels> and <Supervision Regulations for the Safety Engineering of Pressure Vessels> and HG2432-2001 "Technical Conditions for Glass-lined Equipment" and other relevant standards.

The equipment is structurally divided into open type (represented by the symbol K) and closed type (represented by the symbol F), and the specifications are divided into 5L-40L for laboratory use and 50L-30.000L for production use, with the thickness of the glass lining layer of 0.8-2.0mm and by the high voltage of 20KV, the working temperature of -20℃-200℃, the working pressure of ≤10kgs in the tank and ≤6kgs in the shell.

The whole equipment includes: Tank, tank cover (closed type is one piece, open type is connected by gasket and card), motor (explosion-proof, commonfrequency conversion), reducer (cycloidal, spiral bevel gear), seal (packing, single machine seal, double machine seal), mixing (armature, impeller, paddle, combined), temperature casing (straight, inclined, with vanes), discharge valve (upward, downward), others such as liquid level indicator, etc. can be configured as required.

The type of heating of the materials in the tank by the jacket includes steam heating, oil heating, electric heating, etc. The type of support is divided into two types, namely, lugs (placed on the working frame) and legs (placed on the floor).
