Ideal for property doors with controlled access The autosafe 837 is equipped with a lever handle on both sides and is ideal for passage doors that may only be accessed by authorized persons. In the basic position, both lever handles are in the idle position. To open the door, the lever handles are activated electrically via an access control system. In addition, Type 10 always provides reliable automatic locking. This is made possible by our modern DuoSecure technology. Another plus: the switchable working/quiet current function, e.g. for fire department requirements.

Working current mode

Locking: When the door is closed, two latch bolts, two sturdy swing bolts and the center latch bolt automatically extend to 20 mm. All elements are secured against being pushed back. The latches are in the idle position so that the door cannot be opened. The locked position can be monitored electronically.

Unlocking from the outside: Opening is via a wired access control, intercom system, timer or similar, which activates the lever handles briefly or permanently. Alternatively, the handles can be activated with a turn of the cylinder key.

Unlocking from the inside: Identical function as from the outside.

Closed-circuit mode

Locking: When the door is closed, two latch bolts, two stable swing bolts and the middle latch bolt automatically extend to 20 mm. All elements are secured against being pushed back. The latches are in the idle position as long as the lock is energized. The locked position can be monitored electronically.

Unlocking from the outside: As soon as the power drops, e.g. in the event of a power failure or a controlled shutdown by a fire alarm system, both lever handles are activated. This allows the door to be opened from both sides. Alternatively, the handles can be activated as usual with a turn of the cylinder key or by means of access control.

Unlocking from the inside: Identical function as from the outside. autosafe 837P - Controlled access - escape possibility at any time With the panic variant

autosafe 837P, thanks to the integrated panic function, safe escape is possible from the inside at any time in the event of danger. Only the lever handle or the panic handle bar has to be operated. This escape door lock is tested and certified according to EN 179 and EN 1125.
