Titanium gets color - the TFA 120/10 titanium dyeing system
Titanium is a metal that forms a durable oxide layer. This is able to refract and absorb light. Depending on the thickness of this oxide layer, extremely decorative colors result. Manufacturers of medical instruments, eyeglass frames and writing instruments have long used this property for their purposes, and jewelry designers have also been inspired by the colorful titanium.

Permanently beautiful titanium surfaces with the TFA 120/10 titanium coloring unit
With the titanium coloring unit from Heimerle + Meule, already existing passive layers can be strengthened by anodic oxidation. As the set voltage is increased, a thicker oxide layer is deposited, a process that achieves the various colors. With a standard 25 liter process tank, a 120 volt rectifier and an automatic locking lid for your safety, the TFA 120/10 titanium dyeing system is optimally designed for the various dyeings. Other variants are also available on request. Together with the titanium staining solution also developed by Heimerle + Meule and the required titanium stain, the TFA 120/10 can be used to apply the colors bronze, violet, light blue, steel blue, yellow, pink and green without stains or problems.
