DUROPLAST

On 45 semi-automatic and fully automatic machines, we process the following molding compounds by compression and injection molding:

Based on phenolic resin (PF)
Based on melamine resin (MP, MF)
Based on dry polyester, wet polyester (UP and SMC/BMC) Based on urea (UREA) ...to technical parts from a few grams to 12 kg. SMC/BMC)
Based on urea (UREA)
...to technical parts from a few grams up to unit weights of 12 kg.

The pressure capacity of our machinery ranges up to 500 tons in compression molding and up to 2200 kN clamping force in injection molding.
