Description

Material:thread insert steel or stainless steel.

Finish:passivated.

Note:Threaded inserts allow the reuse or repair of damaged, stripped and seized tapped holes. Thus, scrap recovery of high value products is also possible.

Threaded inserts are suitable for use in a variety of materials, including light metals and castings.

Inserts with internal threads larger than M6, are supplied with four locking wedges instead of two. Permissible dimensional deviations: For the threads listed, tolerance class medium applies, i.e. 6H for nut threads and 6g for bolt threads. Remaining dimensions ±0.25 mm.
