Water is generally undesirable in hydraulic fluids and lubricants. High concentrations of water - just like particles caused by abrasion - can cause serious impairment of operation or even damage to hydraulic units, pumps, valves, cylinders and machines.
The LDP series particle monitor monitors the cleanliness or contamination level of oils, hydraulic oils and cooling lubricants. The oil moisture sensor from the LDH series measures the relative humidity in oil.
The products therefore make a significant contribution to condition-based maintenance and avoiding downtimes.
