Overview

The crystallizer is the billet forming equipment in continuous steel casting, and is also the heart equipment and key technology of the continuous casting machine. Its function is to force cool the high temperature steel continuously injected into its inner cavity through the water-cooled copper plate to export its heat and make it gradually solidify into a billet with the required cross-sectional shape and shell thickness. The billet, which is still liquid inside, is continuously pulled out from the lower opening of the crystallizer to create the conditions for its complete solidification in the secondary cooling area later.

The main function of the crystallizer vibration device is to make the mechanical movement of the crystallizer according to the given characteristics of amplitude, frequency and waveform deflection. Its purpose is to facilitate the demoulding and prevent the billet from bonding with the copper wall of the crystallizer during the solidification process and the occurrence of adhesion and leakage of steel.

MOC-K100 crystallization vibration online monitoring system can detect the positive and negative frequency and waveform characteristics of the crystallizer vibration in three dimensions. The system provides real-time change data online, providing a convenient and effective detection method for the on-site inspection personnel.

The significance of the system:

1. In case of billet quality problems (such as unstable vibration marks, side cracks, etc.) when the casting machine is not working properly, the monitoring results of the system can be used to analyze the cause of the failure, evaluate and solve the problems of the vibration table efficiently and improve the product quality by combining the actual situation on site.

2. During the normal operation of the equipment, with the fatigue and wear of the crystallizer mechanical structure, the expected crystallizer vibration parameters and the actual vibration parameters will have a vibration difference that changes with time, which leads to changes in the internal process parameters of the casting machine. Timely and accurate monitoring of the changes in these parameters helps to arrange maintenance.

3. Transition the maintenance of equipment from regular maintenance to condition maintenance, so that no maintenance is done when there is no problem, and maintenance is arranged according to production needs when abnormal signs appear. Prevent over maintenance and under maintenance.

4. According to the monitoring results of the equipment to timely adjust the site work parameters, to avoid the use of inaccurate or large error vibration to work, to prevent "leakage" accidents.

5. Timely detection of vibration unstable or small amplitude of loss of control, to avoid the formation of uneven surface and vibration marks in the process of solidification of steel into billet, to improve the surface quality of the product.

6. Reasonable adjustment of working parameters according to the monitoring results, avoiding the use of excessive safety factors, so that the whole assembly line can play a normal work efficiency, improve the billet production and create favorable conditions for increasing the drawing speed.
System features:

(1) Overview of monitoring parameters: Provides an overview of real-time monitoring parameters under full screen, displaying all real-time data including vibration parameters and process parameters.

(2) Time domain waveform: This function mainly displays the vibration waveform of multiple measurement points and 1 channel standard waveform in real time, while displaying the three elements of vibration of each measurement point in real time.

(3) Waveform superposition: The difference between this function and the time domain waveform is that the waveforms of multiple measurement points are displayed on the same scale. With different color lines superimposed on each other on a graph, visually calculate and display the vibration difference value of each channel.

(4) FFT: This function module completes the calculation and display of the vibration spectrum in real time. It is used to evaluate the distortion of the waveform of the whole shaking table and to judge whether there is any problem in the installation of the vibration device.

(5) Bar graph: The vibration condition of each measurement point is indicated by peak-to-peak value and sensor gap voltage bar graph, which is more intuitive.

(6) Trend: This module can be started by the operator to find the historical records in the database and analyze the trend of each parameter, which can be used to analyze the reasonableness of the steel quality and processing parameter settings under different vibration conditions of different steels.
