Cement Silo (PRODEV SILO) by PRODEV MÜHENDİSLİK MAK. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.

Cement Silo is a vertical designed silo with high storage capacity, used to store cement. Since cement is the main raw material of concrete, one of the most important elements of concrete plants is cement silos. In addition to concrete plants, it is also used in cement factories, plaster factories, construction chemical facilities.

Since the cement silo must have a very high volume, transportation problems are encountered. In order to eliminate this problem, it is manufactured in parts and detachable. The silo body consists of modules. Each module consists of 3 removable parts.

A sailor ladder is used to get to the top of the cement silo. The sailor ladder and railings are also produced module by module and bolted together.

In this way, very large-volume cement silos can be shipped in very small volumes.

Screw conveyor is used for unloading. It successfully undertakes the task of delivering the cement in the silo to the mixer or weighing group. It is driven by a gearmotor from the supply side.

The silo filter ensures that the ambient air remains clean by preventing the spread of dust while filling from the silo. Thus, it is ensured that the emission values required within the scope of the regulation on the protection of air quality are obtained.
