This machine can realize the purpose of  automatically forming many times in the same convolution height with the function of clamping and rotating, which makes the quality of products more reliable and the shape more beautiful.
There are two working modes, manual operation and automatic operation, this machine is suitable for corrugated pipe forming, which size is greater than or equal to 100mm, less than or equal to 1600mm.
This machine is controlled by the SIMENS PLC system, realize the settings of the product's parameter through 12"color display (HMI human-machine interface), show the real-time date of the convolution height and salver intuitively, and also realize the operating requirements for the of single-convolution molding times and the convolution height percentage for forming many times. The interface is simple and easy to operate, which greatly improve the working efficiency
This machine uses the button operation and a separate control for each work station, no need for  manual measuring, all you need is pressing the button of salver reset or next position, the machine reach the location of the expansion convolution accurately. The convolution height is controlled by the sensor with high precision, you only need to press the molding button, and then it can reach to the convolution height you want. This characteristic make the product more standard and more reliability.
