- Full ball bearing, without cage with filling grooves

- Raceways – Highly tempered steel, hardened using a special hardening process

- Running rings – also available in stainless steel on request

- Plasma-assisted gas nitrocarburising and oxidising

Balls

- Balls – steel balls, 100Cr6, 1.3505 DIN 5401

- Alternative – ceramic balls, made of silicon nitride (Si 3N4)

Cover discs

- ZZ = steel cover plates to protect the ball bearing from coarse dust and dirt

Lubricating grease

- The lubricating grease enables long-term use as a lubricant at temperatures between 250 °C and 538 °C.

- The lubricating grease does not melt and does not contain any metal particles.

Performance

We offer customised solutions with dimensions specified by the customer.

The special hardening process offers:

- Long-term corrosion protection, even in maritime environments

- Salt spray test according to DIN 50021 SS up to 250 hours

- Outstanding abrasion and sliding properties

- Excellent performance characteristics in hot and/or dry environments (up to 400 °C)
