Application, characteristics and working environment of bucket-tipping mine car

The bucket-tipping mine car is a narrow-gauge railway transportation vehicle for transporting coal, ore, ballast and other bulk materials in the mine. Generally, it must be tract by a locomotive or a winch.

According to different structures and unloading methods, they are divided into four categories: bucket-tipping mine car, fixed mine car, single-side curved rail dumping mine car, and bottom-dumping mine car.

Installation and trial operation of bucket-tipping mine car

Locking mechanism test
Place the mine wagon car on a horizontal track, and open the left and right closing mechanism by manpower many times. The locking mechanism should be simple, reliable, safe, flexible and convenient in operation.

Braking mechanism test
Place the mine car on a horizontal track and run at a constant speed of 1.5-3.5m/s. When braking, check the reliability of the mechanism. The components of the mechanism should be firmly connected and braked reliably. When the force leaves the brake pedal The brake shoe should leave the wheel tread in time.

Wheel set test
The friction wheel or belt is driven by an electric motor, and the wheel is driven to run at a speed of not less than 500r/min for 10 minutes. The wheel rotates flexibly and the resistance torque is not more than 1370N.mm.

Locking mechanism test
When turning without load, the cart can be turned flexibly, and the unloading angle is ≥40°; after the locking mechanism is opened manually, the mine car can be easily and flexibly tipped to either side of its longitudinal centerline.

Buffer spring performance test
When metal springs are used, the compression performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1239.4; when rubber springs are used, the compression performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1684.

Attention during trial, maintenance and operation of bucket-tipping mine car

1.Before using the mine car, carefully check the appearance for any serious bumps and damage, and the wheels should rotate flexibly without jamming.

2.In the case that the user abides by the rules for the use of mine car, within six months from the date of delivery, if it is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge.
