Crankshaft Milling Machines by NILES-SIMMONS

The NILES-SIMMONS crankshaft milling machining centres N20 CM and N30 CM are based on the modular machine construction of the N-series. Two symmetrical workpiece spindles with electronically synchronized torque drives and two compact, powerful milling units enable roughing and finish milling of main and pin bearing seats of crankshafts in these milling machining centers. The electronic coupling and high-precision interpolation of the spindle-tool system, as well as special correction strategies, enable the process-reliable production of high-precision bearing geometries.
