Concrete repair products (Kemperol BR M) by Kemper System GmbH & Co. KG

Suitable for concrete surfaces that can be driven over and walked on, on concrete surfaces at risk of cracking such as scraper curbs and bridge caps as well as surfaces subject to high mechanical loads such as parking decks and bridges. Suitable for joint sealing, connections, detailing and surfaces, also under mastic asphalt.

Properties
At +23 °C and max. 50 % humidity:

Working time approx. 15 minutes
Rainproof after approx. 30 minutes
Can be walked on after approx. 6 hours
Can be walked on after approx. 24 hours
Cured after approx. 3 days
Can be recoated after approx. 6 hours
with mastic asphalt after 4 to 6 hours (applies to connection areas; after 2 days for full-surface laying)
Short-term heat resistance up to 250 °C
Consumption
min. 2.8 kg/m² for a layer thickness of 2.0 mm
