For the preparation of small batches or single pieces, it is often necessary tools for building various components to produce. These tools are machined in our workshop or master pattern from molded using suitable materials.
Thus, we can manufacture for different needs according to the silicone mold to complex, multi tool with ejectors and valves suitable forms.

For these tools by means of manual castings, low pressure or vacuum casting parts are cast to meet the various needs (such as heat resistant, impact resistant, rubbery, foam, etc.).

Furthermore, we create for vacuum infusion laminating, hand or pressed laminates, foam molds, as well as deep-drawing tools.
