Is your focus on very small sample quantities?
The integrated fluorescence unit of the BioSpectrometer fluorescence increases the measuring range by a factor of 1,000 to detect DNA, for example. This enables reliable quantification down to a concentration of only 1.0 pg/µL. With this detection device, measurements can be performed flexibly in the UV/Vis or fluorescence range.

The Eppendorf BioSpectrometer fluorescence is an extension of the Eppendorf BioSpectrometer basic and has an integrated fluorescence module. UV/Vis assays, fluorescence assays and semi-micro/micro volume measurements can all be performed on a single instrument without the need for an external controller (PC/laptop). With the Eppendorf BioSpectrometer fluorescence, the measurement range of biomolecules (nucleic acid and proteins) can be extended by a factor of 1,000 compared to UV measurements. Preprogrammed (modified) methods for qubit DNA quantification kits (SS, HS, BR) extend the flexibility and functionality of the instrument. In addition, the use of the Eppendorf µCuvette G1.0 for fluorescence assays (5 µL loading volume) enables an enormous reduction in reagent consumption.
