The WiPa Friction Separator is used to clean and dewater granulated material

The material is filled into the bottom of the friction separator, the blades mounted on the internal rotor feed it to the top. During the transport the material is continuously thrown against the screen basket which is mounted around the rotor. This cleans the material and separates water, paper fibres, sand and other impurities from the material.
