The S-100 Twin is an online thickness measuring system for blown film lines that measures the thickness of the film with nearly no contact. This measuring system has been developed to measure barrier films with a capacitive, non-radiation sensor. At the same time it measures the lay-flat width and the web position. The measuring sensors can be installed at any preferred position after the collapsing frame. Because of its compact design, the system can be easily installed in any machine.
