The BUSS laboratory Kneader MKS 30 is a versatile, compact small scale compounding line for research, development and customer sampling. It is especially suitable for the development of highly filled and heat and shear sensitive compounds. This economical, user-friendly laboratory compounder offers similar process characteristics as production scale BUSS Kneader, with outputs ranging from 300 gram samples up to 20–25 kg/h. Based on its process scale-up capabilities it qualifies as a universal laboratory compounder offering a high grade of efficiency and flexibility.
