The Nina 1200 is suitable for all applications involving processes using oil, coolants or other lubricants. Nina 1200 works on all machine tools with a cabin volume up to 424 CF.

The GREEN LINE series combines disc stack technology with counter flow technology and is suitable for applications with a high degree of solid particles combined with large quantities of oil mist. The Nina 1200 is compatible with both tough applications such as grinding and machining of cast iron, as well as with simple applications such as turning and milling.

As with all 3nine oil mist separators, all the oil mist that is separated is directed back into the machine tool for reuse. We use a HEPA filter for a final stage cleaning resulting in the air vented back into the shop being 99.97 %* clean.

With the Nina 1200 you will have full control over its performance and full knowledge of its mechanical status. Equipped with our advanced 3nine monitoring system, it reports on the HEPA filter status, the condition of the drive belt, rotor and motor. The status of the machine is then communicated through a LED RGB-strip on the front and back of the machine.
