Deceleration of Large Equipment
The Enidine HD/HDN Heavy Duty Shock Absorber Series protects equipment from severe shock in applications such as automated storage and retrieval systems and bridge (overhead) cranes. They are offered with various stroke lengths and damping characteristics to improve equipment life and meet the most stringent deceleration requirements.

Thanks to a special compact design, these shock absorbers allow smooth and safe deceleration of large energies of up to 903,879 Nm per cycle. These models feature an internal air-filled bladder accumulator instead of a mechanical spring return, making them shorter and lighter overall. The zinc plated external components provide enhanced surface protection. For applications in highly corrosive environments, we offer special piston rod material and a special epoxy paint finish. All Enidine heavy duty hydraulic shock absorbers meet OSHA, AISE, CMAA and other safety specifications such as DIN and FEM.
