The world's smallest mass flow meter & mass flow controller

Plant manufacturers want compact solutions to monitor or control gas flow or gas pressure in their systems. Traditional mass flow meters, mass flow controllers, pressure meters and pressure controllers used to require a footprint of 1.5", such as specified in the NeSSI™ system.

Now, Bronkhorst has developed the IQ+FLOW® mass flow sensor in close collaboration with TNO-TPD (the leading Dutch institute for applied physics). By using "Micro Solid State Technology" (MEMS), Bronkhorst was able to halve the footprint to 0.75" and thus realize the ultra-compact flow meters, flow controllers, pressure meters and pressure controllers.
