The sawing unit WIDOS RS 315 in extra stable design was especially developed for the exact cutting of plastic pipes up to OD 315 and meets highest demands in modern production lines. The cutting course is displayed by an optional line laser.

The WIDOS RS 315 is a workshop saw system for cutting plastic pipes up to OD 315. The pipe support is designed to be extremely stable, so that even heavy parts can be clamped safely and moved with minimum effort. The pipe is clamped with a clamping belt without having to set the pipe dimension in advance. Pipe clamping with a pneumatic cylinder is possible on request. By using an optional cross support, negative radius cuts can be easily made to produce the outlets for reduced T- and Y-pieces. The saw bow is built on a base plate, eliminating the need for any on-site assembly work, leaving only horizontal alignment to be performed using leveling feet.
The round cutting device enables easy sawing of outgoing pipes. The RS 315 saw with round clamping and right pipe support is suitable for the safe cutting of thin-walled or long pipes.
