Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems by PERO AG
Sound waves generated by oscillators trigger tensile and compressive stresses in the wet medium. Cavitation bubbles are formed which implode in the opposite oscillation phase and generate hydraulic shocks. Microflows in the fluid flush firmly adhering particles and pigments from the component surface.
The costs of ultrasonic application are mainly in the necessary process time. Low ultrasonic frequency removes coarse contamination, high ultrasonic frequency removes fine contamination from the component.
