Program structure:

With this program we offer radiant and stove burners for the economical heating of boilers and machines as well as for many special tasks. The requirements for such heating systems are varied and different. It is therefore often not possible to use standard appliances for the various applications. For this reason, in addition to standard burners, special burners and special equipment are manufactured on request, which are optimally adapted to the operating conditions depending on the problem in order to ensure economical and efficient use.

Technical features:

Borrmann Brenner Berlin has developed a modular system for these burner systems. Depending on the requirements, a heating system can be individually assembled from these units. The jet and stove burners are manufactured in various shapes and designs and consist of individual burner heads which are mounted on a common mixing tube. The shape of the support tube and thus the overall shape of the burner system as well as the angular position of the flames is adapted to the respective combustion chamber and the boiler shape or the furnaces to be heated.

A major advantage of the design is that the entire burner is operated with a central nozzle, which is arranged in such a way that the primary air intake for producing the gas-air mixture takes place outside the combustion chamber, so that perfect combustion is guaranteed. We show you examples of jet or stove burners in ring, oval and row form.

All burners have a high output even with small dimensions, are insensitive to draughts or vibrations and are safe to operate in rough construction site conditions.

In addition to the manufacture of standard appliances, we are also able to design burners for your special requirements, whereby we take on the design, planning and construction of the liquid gas-powered appliances. As a rule, machine burners are appliances with a high gas throughput and, due to official regulations, must be equipped with safety devices in accordance with their intended use and purpose in order to prevent the dangers that can arise from unburned escaping gas.

For this reason, we offer our burners in various equipment variants so that they can be equipped in accordance with the intended use and the trade association guidelines, the accident prevention regulations and the ADR.
