KPP metal bellows coupling for high-speed applications

Blind mounting possible thanks to plug-in design

JAKOB Antriebstechnik offers the KPP metal bellows coupling to meet the requirements of higher power ratings. This coupling has a nominal torque of over 600 Nm and a maximum torque of around 1200 Nm. It is designed to cope with operating speeds of up to 23,000 rpm and the associated high dynamic loads. The connection of the clutch also requires special design solutions. A backlash-free plug-in principle of the hub also enables simple blind assembly, which simplifies the installation of the clutch even in difficult installation situations. Operational safety is guaranteed in a temperature range from -40 to 200°C.
