With the new optimized Nexus Connect®*flare connection , the Ingelfingen-based technology company GEMÜ is now introducing an innovative flare connection for its CleanStar and iComLine valve series. GEMÜ is now offering its customers a further optimized flare connection for GEMÜ valves as well as the matching fitting portfolio.

In the semiconductor industry, the flare connection has long been an established standard for media distribution and supply. However, this connection type reaches its limits under extreme pressure and temperature requirements. GEMÜ now has an innovative solution: The Nexus Connect® connection not only offers greater safety, but also seamless compatibility with existing fitting systems.

GEMÜ already offers the optimized flare connections for the GEMÜ CleanStar and GEMÜ iComLine valves that are commonly available on the market. The Nexus Connect® connection now offers the opportunity to consistently extend this connection across the entire HP product portfolio and to supply matching fittings.

Thanks to its compatibility with the currently most widely used optimized flare connection, GEMÜ customers can upgrade their systems without having to replace other components. This is also underlined by the successful test results from Fit-Line Global, which confirm a smooth combination of both connection types.

The introduction of Nexus Connect® includes the GEMÜ CleanStar valve series, which will initially be available with welded-on adapters and in the space-saving SpaceSaver version. For the iComLine series, the connection will be available in clamped form on the individual valves and on the GEMÜ PC50 valve blocks. The expansion is planned for the entire HP product portfolio.

With the Nexus Connect® connection, GEMÜ is setting a new standard for flexibility and performance in the semiconductor industry. The integration of this innovative design promises not only to simplify installation, but also to increase efficiency and reliability in critical production environments.
