PMI import with new shape and position library

In CALYPSO 2024, you can create inspection plans from product and manufacturing information (PMI) based on the new shape and position library. The powerful combination of PMI and the new library enables you to work even faster and more productively.

Improvements in optical measurement
With the new reflection correction, the software increases the robustness of edge detection by reducing the influence of surface refinement. In addition, the mosaic function provides you with a new option for creating a large image from various images.

4-axis scanning
With this year's release, CALYPSO supports the combination of ZEISS LineScan and a rotary table for 4-axis measurements. This reduces the number of RDS positions required to perform measurement tasks. Reorientation of the sensor can thus be avoided and you can now carry out measurement tasks faster and with higher performance.
