Speed for higher loads - A high-strength belt combined with a specially developed belt fastening mechanism ensures that the carriages do not come loose. This enables stronger drive forces and higher loads.

A solution for vertical applications - DTS+ is able to handle much higher drive forces because the robust clamp connection between the timing belt and carrier plate is designed not to loosen if a certain force is exceeded when pushing the payload.

Reduced process costs - Complex production sequences and disjointed processes can be bundled into a single endless loop.

For loads up to 10kN - Multiple size options available allowing higher loads up to 10kN.

Precise and repeatable - The positioning system aligns specific carriages to a repeatable position along any straight section of the system to +/-0.05 mm.
