Speed and precision count when it comes to tool inspection in the production process.

"pomBasic" and "pomBasicMicro" from ZOLLER inspect all important geometries and parameters on the smallest and largest tools in seconds without contact. Recommended diameter range for "pomBasicMicro" from 0.2 mm and for "pomBasic" from 3 mm.

Three steps are enough: insert, approach, measure. Done!

The compact, TÜV-certified tabletop devices take up little space, are easy to use and deliver µm-precise results. You can subject the two small devices to all the tough conditions of a tool production or grinding shop. The same axes and slides are installed as in the large ZOLLER measuring machines. You receive precise measurement data for your production processes and documentation right next to the CNC grinding machine.
