At the upcoming SaigonTex, which will take place in Ho Chi Minh City from April 10 to 13, the KARL MAYER GROUP will present itself as a leading player and innovative partner of the Asian textile industry.

The KARL MAYER exhibition for warp preparation is all about sustainability. With BLUEDYE, a highly innovative system will be presented that ensures greater sustainability and lower costs in indigo dyeing. Thanks to innovative technological solutions, the immense quantities of water and chemicals used are significantly minimized. There is also less yarn waste. BLUEDYE therefore scores highly in terms of both environmental protection and costs. Another innovation for greater sustainability is CASCADE, an innovative steam and condensation system that uses significantly less steam in the drying process of sizing and indigo dyeing systems thanks to an energy recycling system that is protected against imitation.

The KARL MAYER GROUP will be presenting its latest technological developments for the warp knitting sector at the trade fair. Highlights include a digital solution from KM.ON for optimizing production management (DPM), innovations for increasing performance in the HKS segment and a double raschel machine that enables unique creative multi-colour designs for spacer fabrics with more color and new jacquard techniques. This should be of particular interest to the sportswear and sports shoe industry.
