The Bohle compact granulation system integrates the individual components of the high-shear granulator GMA, wet sieve BTS, fluidized bed granulator and dryer BFS, Bohle Uni Cone BUC®, cyclone separator and drying sieve BTS optimally into a single unit. The process, cleaning, control, explosion protection, zone concept and qualification are closely coordinated.

The compact granulation module allows for a particularly space-saving installation thanks to the components arranged directly next to each other. In addition, direct product transfer from the outlet valve of the GMA to the intake valve of the BFS is possible via a stainless steel pipeline.

The tried-and-tested tangential sieve can also be integrated into this pipeline. An additional discharge valve is integrated into the process container of the fluidized bed processor BFS so that the transfer line and the discharge line do not have to be modified during a process.
