Highlights of the new functions
High efficiency combined with flexibility and reliability - this is the focus of the development of ZEISS CALYPSO. over 80 new functions and further developments: In this year's release, the software has many performance improvements but also optimized user guidance.

New mathematics for form and position tolerances
To further optimize the evaluation of form and position tolerances for users of ZEISS CALYPSO, this year the software offers improved algorithms for evaluation according to various standards, such as ISO-GPS and ASME. This allows you to work even more effectively with form and position tolerances and take advantage of quality control using this method.

Optimized workflow for optical coordinate measuring machines
ZEISS CALYPSO also offers new functions this year for evaluating optical coordinate measuring machines such as ZEISS O-DETECT. For example, the user can use the overview camera for navigation or automatically search for geometric elements in the captured image.

Even more user-friendly: new toolbox
The new toolbox reduces the number of work steps. Frequently used inspection features can be stored as favorites in a separate toolbox.

Improved automated defect analysis
This year's release offers even further improved automated defect analysis: All defects are automatically displayed in the interactive report. Improved automated plots show every detail, dynamic zooming in the interactive report offers new possibilities with small mechanical workpieces, but also with many electronic components.

CALYPSO pcm: Search and replace now with icon, access to single deviations in line, curve and surface form, via PCM, new PCM command "convert()"
