Micro-Epsilon has expanded its range of capacitive displacement sensors with the capaNCDT CSE01 and CSE025. With a diameter of only 3 mm and a length of 15.6 mm, the CSE01 is one of the smallest triaxial sensors in the world. equipped with an integrated cable, this compact sensor can also be integrated into small installation spaces.
Micro-Epsilon's capacitive measurement sensors are small and provide high-precision distance, position and thickness measurements. The extensive product range offers more than 30 standard capacitive sensors with measuring ranges from 0.05 to 10 mm. The innovative Triax technology allows the sensors to be replaced without additional calibration.
These robust sensors are extremely versatile. They measure in industrial environments, where sub-micrometer accuracy is achieved, as well as in clean environments, where even sub-nanometer accuracy is possible.
In addition, the sensors provide extremely stable signals even in special environments such as vacuum, clean rooms or in the presence of magnetic fields. They are also temperature-compensated to achieve maximum accuracy even at fluctuating and high temperatures.
