The workpiece carrier system is characterized by revolving workpiece carriers. A precise linear roller guide combined with a high-strength toothed belt with steel tension members guide the workpiece carriers to any desired position.
The system of revolving workpiece carriers offers you many advantages:

short cycle times
Any machining, assembly etc. can be carried out in the area of the -linear- roller guide. The positioning accuracy is predetermined by the toothed belt, lifting and fixing of the workpiece carrier at the machining station can be omitted.

low space requirement
The linear arrangement results in a significantly lower space requirement than, for example, with rotary tables. By returning the tool carriers below the machining level, additional space is saved and the system can therefore be built very narrowly.

easy integration into existing lines
Compared to rotary tables, the linear workpiece carrier system is much easier to integrate into existing lines, especially with regard to material infeed and outfeed.

Flexible design
The new workpiece carrier system can be very easily adapted to your requirements. Virtually any desired length is available, the distance between the individual workpiece carriers can be freely selected, as can the size and design of the mounting plates. Two or more systems can be arranged side by side so that even larger workpieces can be transported. Drive and control freely selectable, suitable adaptation (flange) is also offered on request.

Due to the extensive use of standard components, systems with many processing stations in particular can also be realized cost-effectively.
