New development FLUID-setral-STG 320 Plus

Transport chains in biaxial film stretching lines are exposed to extreme conditions, stretching plastic film at fast speeds and high temperatures. The selection of a suitable chain oil is essential, since any disturbance of the chain run but also the lubricating oil must not damage the film in case of contamination. With our new development FLUID-setral-STG 320 Plus with the latest formulation, it is far superior to other chain oils.

At continuous temperatures of 200°C, our product can be lubricated for up to 100 days without varnishing. Special additives promote rapid creep and penetration into the pin gap without being thrown off the chain. The selected composition of FLUID-setral-STG 320 PLUS is compatible with common film materials without causing film cracking.
