Description:
1. Raw base paper - the long fiber is wetting at the pulper to be a suspension stock to flow the refiner which will cut the fiber and increase the specific area of the fiber to make the air permeabilty and tensile strength which are very important physical index   for the raw base paper ,the stock will be flow it to the headbox to keep the formation of paper surface then goes through the wet-section to keep the fiber arrangement , press section which goes through the nips to further enhanced the tensile strength , dryer section to control the moisture , calender , pope reel , rewinding section then wrapped- Raw base paper.

2.Coated sublimation paper - the raw base paper is thread it into coating machine to apply the CMCC, chemicals , required percentage of drying powder ,then goes through the dryer section to keep the paper shape stability - our sublimation paper with three -stage coating steps to keep the paper stable and less ink consumption . then cutting into required width and length to be a roll shape and wrapped it into the polybag with required standard carton - coated sublimation paper .

3.Sublimation Transfer Process-Sublimation transfer is to print the portrait, landscape, text or other graphics onto the inkjet paper which is specially used for sublimation transfer through the inkjet printer which is with the sublimation dye ink, then heat it up to 200 degree by using the heat transfer equipment, to make the sublimation dye ink on the sublimation transfer paper sublimated and substrates into the medium, in the end, the colored image on the transfer paper can be vividly transfer to the textiles, mugs, ceramic plates, metal and other materials, it is a new technology.

4.1.Printing on polyester and polymmid(Lycra, Nylon)fabrics used in sportswear and outdoor wear in general. 

4.2.Printing on mixed synthetic fabrics(min 60% of synthetic fibers) used in sportswear and outdoor wear in general. 

4.3.Printing on plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of sport equipment such as ski, snowboard, skateboard, windsurf, etc

4.4.Printing on every substrates (wood, ceramics, glass) overprinted with polyester-based or polyammid-based coatings.

Features:

Sublimation Formulation Raw Material : This product is suitable for sublimation of the base paper coating, through the coating machine coating liquid evenly coated on the surface of the base paper and then enter the drying Road, winding, made into sublimation transfer paper. The formulation is made by mixing a plurality of chemical materials such as CMC adding a certain proportion of water before use, stirring in a stirring tank for 4-5 hours (if using a disperser and stirring for about 1.5-2 hours ). Stirring is completed after filtration.
