The optoNCDT 1900 laser sensors from Micro-Epsilon provide precise measurement values for displacement, distance and position. They are designed for dynamic processes in factory automation as well as for high-precision applications in 3D printing and coordinate measuring machines. They are used wherever speed, precision and a compact design are required. The laser dot version enables the detection of fine details and structures. The sensors with laser line (LL) are optimized for use on metallic and structured surfaces. The two-stage measured value determination ensures maximum stability and an accurate signal curve even on steps and edges.
Another advantage of the optoNCDT 1900 laser sensors is the Advanced Surface Compensation, which automatically controls the exposure on challenging surfaces with different degrees of reflection, generating the best results. Since ambient light up to 50,000 lux is compensated, the sensor proves to be extremely consistent even in highly illuminated environments.
