Unitised curtain wall systems, British spelling, for UK, Australian and Malaysian specifications. Module prefabrication, drained and ventilated joints, tested to EN 13830.

QIMU FACADE GLOBAL manufactures unitised curtain wall systems for projects specifying British, Australian or Malaysian standards. Modules are prefabricated and glazed in the workshop, then hung onto pre-installed brackets on site. Interlocking unit joints are drained and ventilated, so weather performance does not depend on site sealing quality, and installation is faster on high rise towers with less scaffolding.

Scope of supply: unitised curtain wall, module width 1200-1500mm and height 3600-4200mm, aluminium 6063-T5 profiles, anodized or PVDF finish, insulating glass 6+12A+6mm with Low-E or laminated options, concealed frame, silicone structural glazing where required.

Testing and compliance: designed and tested to EN 13830, ASTM E330, ASTM E331, ASTM E283 and AAMA 501 where specified. AS 2047 and AS/NZS 4284 routes available for Australian projects. Malaysian projects can be detailed to local authority submission requirements.
