We manufacture custom plastic parts on 31 injection moulding machines ranging from 65 tonnes to 1,000 tonnes—including insert moulding, overmoulding and two-colour moulding.
Materials: ABS, PC, PA66+30%GF, FR-PC, TPU, etc. Each consignment is accompanied by a comprehensive dimensional and material report.
We are certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Approximately 80 per cent of our products are exported to Europe and North America, including components supplied to leading office furniture and linear motion brands.
We offer a free DFM review service for drawings – with a final quotation provided within 3 working days. Mould production lead time is 6–8 weeks; part production lead time is 2–3 weeks, with delivery following sample approval. Delivery terms available: EXW, FOB Shenzhen or CIF.
