We also build the department itself: AML and CTF policy, internal control procedures, the risk assessment methodology, KYC and KYB onboarding flows, KYT transaction monitoring on-chain, Travel Rule handling, sanctions and PEP screening, STR and SAR filing with the financial intelligence unit, record keeping, and the annual staff training the regulator asks to see evidence of.

Once it runs, we run it: regulatory reporting on schedule, rewriting the policies when the law moves, standing in front of the regulator during inspections and audits, remediating whatever a GAP audit turns up, and acting as the named point of contact so there is always someone accountable on your side of the correspondence.
